Bicycles are not permitted in rooms. Secure lockup storage is available.
Cancellation of Reservation: – Cancellations must be made by phone directly to the motel before 9pm on the day prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel by this time will result in one full night’s accommodation being charged (the first night's tariff) to the credit card used to secure the booking. Subsequent nights of the stay are cancelled. Management reserves the right to charge an administration fee for cancellations.

Confirmation of reservation: to secure a booking, credit card details or a deposit are required.
Payment: Accommodation is payable on arrival. We accept EFTPOS, cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners (3.5% surcharge on Amex and Diners). The credit card used to secure the reservation is used as guarantee for incidentals unless expressly stated. If expressly stated, another credit card and/or cash bond must be provided.
Pets: We are NOT pet friendly. No pets on premises. If you bring a pet on site you will be asked to leave the property without refund. If we believe you have had a pet in a room a minimum charge of $250 applies.
Reception hours: Monday to Sunday, 8.00am – 9.00pm
Guests arriving after 9pm should contact the motel to arrange check in.
Guests leaving prior to 8.00am are required to settle their account the night before departure.
Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking – ashtrays are placed outside for your convenience. If management believe smoking has occurred in a room a minimum charge of $150 applies.
